Plat book is in poor condition and may not be complete (comparison to 1895 edition in collection has not been done to date). It contains a pasted-in map of Parkview Addition in Carthage and another pasted-in map of Kendricktown. In rear of plat book is a 1897 map of the United States and a list of patrons of the plat book's publication (list not given in subjects below).

Other maps in damaged condition but can be consulted by prior appointment. Names and routes of early automobile trails and highways are given on the 1915 map (only those given for the western half of Missouri are given below as subjects until map can be cleaned and studied further).
